ory Operations Supervisor:
You will lead inventory control activities by supporting accuracy, compliance, team performance, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and manage shrinkage levels to support customer service agreements.
• Optimize inventory processes and system performance while protecting customer inventory through proper controls.
• Prepare documentation and provide records to customers, auditors, and regulatory organizations when required.
• Support a workplace that is safe, secure, clean, and fair for all associates.
• Review associate performance, create development plans, and support succession planning efforts.
• Communicate company policies and ensure they are properly followed throughout the team.
• Ensure team members receive appropriate training and have access to the necessary tools and resources.
Required Skills and Experience of Inventory Operations Supervisor:
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Understanding of inventory control processes is preferred.
• Experience with inventory and warehouse management systems including JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, or comparable systems required.
Compensation and Benefits of Inventory Operations Supervisor:
• Compensation range: $55,000 - $90,000.
