Inventory Operation Lead

Job Overview As an Inventory Operation Lead, you’ll keep inventory moving accurately across our stores and wholesale customers. You’ll coordinate production, purchasing, stocking, receiving and preparing store orders, and wholesale orders. You’ll work across teams to optimize inventory levels. Duties Lead a small team to prepare and deliver orders from our multiple locations. Prepare wholesale orders for timely delivery. Coordinate with sourcing and production to maintain optimal level of inventories. Proactively improve internal processes. Skills Essential: leadership experience. Preferred: good driving history Established in 2005, Ku Cha House of Tea has become the largest specialty tea retailer in Rocky Mountain region. We currently have 6 brick-and-mortar stores. This primary responsibility of this position is to lead a small team of associates to prepare and deliver orders placed by stores, as well as our wholesale customers. We have dedicated drivers, but we would prefer this person can deliver orders by driving company vehicle, if needed. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, honest and detail-oriented.
