ESC has an exciting opportunity for an Inventory/Merchandise Coordinator supporting our premier client’s Music Team. This role helps keep music and merchandise products available to customers by coordinating purchase orders, monitoring inventory, and resolving product availability and supply chain issues. You’ll join a highly collaborative team supporting major promotional events, including Prime Day and year-end peak periods. Working across vendors and internal teams, you’ll help respond to shifting priorities and time-sensitive artist schedules. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, solving problems, and keeping stakeholders informed in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Issue purchase orders and follow up on outstanding items to support product availability. • Track inventory levels for music and merchandise products, identifying shortages and other issues requiring attention. • Research missing product offers on the site and coordinate with the appropriate teams to help restore availability. • Monitor supply chain disruptions, communicate potential impacts, and support timely resolution. • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to gather updates, clarify needs, and keep work moving. • Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to support promotional events and peak demand periods. • Maintain accurate purchase order and inventory records and communicate status updates. • Prioritize urgent requests and adapt to last-minute changes associated with artist schedules and business needs. • Escalate unresolved issues promptly and follow through on action items. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree and one year of relevant professional experience. • Experience in inventory coordination, purchasing, merchandising operations, or a related support role. • Familiarity with purchase orders, inventory tracking, and product availability processes. • Ability to investigate issues, identify next steps, and follow through to resolution. • Clear communication skills and experience working with vendors or cross-functional teams. • Comfort working with Excel spreadsheets and business systems to track operational information. • Availability to work onsite in Culver City for the six-month assignment and provide occasional support outside standard hours. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting e-commerce, consumer products, music, or merchandise operations. • Experience managing inventory or purchasing activity during promotional events or seasonal peak periods.
