Inventory Manager

What you'll do Receive incoming equipment shipments, verify against purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies with vendors. Organize and maintain the warehouse so that equipment is easy to locate, protected from damage, and properly tracked. Stage materials for upcoming jobs based on the bill of materials provided by engineering, flagging any missing or back-ordered items well before the scheduled start date. Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory records to maintain accuracy. Coordinate with vendors on RMAs, warranty returns, and damaged-goods claims. Provide light follow-up on outstanding purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery. Partner with the Director of Operations, Project Managers, and Field Leads to align inventory readiness with the job schedule. Help refine inventory processes and systems as the role and function continue to develop. Who we're looking for Strong attention to detail. Reliable and self-directed. This role doesn't have someone looking over your shoulder; we need someone who owns their work. Comfortable on the warehouse floor. This is a physical role — receiving, lifting, moving, and staging equipment is part of the day. A clear, courteous communicator. You will interact regularly with vendors, project managers, and field crews. Open to learning. Prior AV experience is not required. We will teach you what you need to know about the equipment; we need you to bring the operational skill. Helpful but not required Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, receiving, or supply chain in any industry. Background in construction, electrical, industrial distribution, or another trade-adjacent environment. Experience with inventory or ERP software. Forklift certification.
