Inventory Manager
HiredJob Title: Inventory Manager Employment Type : Full-Time Location : Corona, CA, United States About the Role: Cencora (AmerisourceBergen) is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee distribution center inventory operations in Corona, CA (transitioning to our new state-of-the-art Fontana facility in Fall 2027). You will manage inventory control in a $2B+ healthcare distribution center, leading cycle counts, compliance, and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain physical inventory integrity, slotting accuracy, and stock velocity across active warehouse locations. • Analyze and monitor financial and operational impacts of inventory adjustments and variances. • Direct cycle count programs, research transaction discrepancies, and reconcile order-filling errors. • Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate inventory control clerks and specialists. • Ensure strict compliance with DEA regulations, corporate shelf-life guidelines, and healthcare storage standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent combination of education/experience). • 4+ years of inventory control or warehouse logistics experience, including 2+ years of supervisory experience. • In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS / PkMS) and inventory tracking tools. • Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
