• Pick up purchased vehicles from out of town when needed.
• Pick up parts and deliver vehicles or paperwork for licensing.
• Pick up and drop off customers.
• Coordinate vehicle scheduling with detailers, body shops, and mechanics.
• Track where each vehicle is, what work is outstanding, and when it is expected back.
• Inspect vehicles at pickup and drop-off, note any damage or concerns, and promptly report delays.
• Keep vehicles, keys, and related paperwork organized.
What we’re looking for
• A valid Ontario G driver’s licence and a driving record acceptable for company insurance.
• Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
• Comfort driving a variety of vehicles and travelling outside Windsor–Essex when required.
• A professional, helpful approach with customers and vendors.
• Automotive or dealership experience is an asset.
This role involves regular driving, walking around vehicles, and occasional handling of parts. Hours and compensation will be discussed with candidates.
