Inventory & Parts Room Manager Gulfstream Container – Miami, FL Pay: $18.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Location: Miami, FL (On-Site) Job Description Gulfstream Container is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory & Parts Room Manager to oversee our inventory and parts room at our Miami manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing materials, tracking incoming and outgoing parts, and ensuring our production team has the supplies needed to keep operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize the parts room and inventory storage areas. Track all incoming and outgoing parts, tools, and materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments. Issue parts and materials to production employees as needed. Conduct regular inventory counts and identify discrepancies. Monitor inventory levels and communicate purchasing needs. Ensure all parts and materials are properly labeled and organized. Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to prevent material shortages. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts room. Qualifications Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or parts room organization preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Ability to accurately track and manage inventory. Good communication skills and ability to work with production teams. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. What We Offer Full-time, stable employment.
