• Coordinate inventory count programs and monitor results to identify and address discrepancies.
• Partner with accounting and operations teams to reconcile inventory activity and support financial reporting.
• Develop reporting tools and recommend process improvements that enhance inventory control and operational efficiency.
Requirements
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills when investigating inventory variances and operational issues.
• Communicate effectively with accounting, operations, purchasing, and production teams.
• Apply strong organizational skills while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Work independently while maintaining accountability for assigned responsibilities.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to support reporting and analysis activities.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, or accounting.
• Apply knowledge of inventory tracking, costing, receiving, production activity, and physical count procedures.
• Utilize enterprise resource planning systems effectively, with inventory management software experience preferred.
• Support inventory operations across multiple locations while maintaining accurate records and controls.
