Position Overview HIBLOW USA is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our small, collaborative team. This position is responsible for managing our inventory system, placing production orders with our factory, and periodically reviewing and modifying all safety stock calculations. This position will also assist the shipping team during busy times with preparing and packaging customer orders, coordinating outgoing shipments, and receiving and organizing inventory. The ideal candidate is organized, meticulous with details, is persistent with creative problem solving, and enjoys working collaboratively with a team. Most importantly, a good and open attitude is absolutely required! Primary Responsibilities Inventory Management · Analyzing demand and inventory needs every two weeks, and placing appropriate production orders with our factory for HIBLOW air pumps and parts · Tracking incoming stock container shipments and reporting the status to the warehouse and sales teams · Working with our Assembly Manager to order raw materials for all assembled products here in Saline · Ability to think logically about inventory demand and safety stock calculations, not just rely on software projections · Conducting cycle counts and ensuring inventory qty is accurate at all times · Reviewing and troubleshooting inventory issues at our remote warehouse in Dallas Maintain an organized supply of boxes, pallets, packing materials, labels, and other shipping supplies. · Review and analyze various suppliers based on quality, cost, and lead times · Work with our Product Development team to source manufacturing and components needed for future products As a backup during busy times or when other staff is out: · Shipping and Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Package small-parcel shipments through UPS and FedEx Prepare, wrap, label, and secure pallets for LTL freight shipments Verify product quantities, shipping addresses, and order accuracy before shipment Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, packing slips, and other required documentation Assist with scheduling UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight pickups Coordinate with freight carriers and company personnel regarding shipment timing and special shipping requirements Track shipments and help resolve basic shipping or delivery issues Qualifications: A good and open attitude is paramount! Preferred bachelor degree in supply chain, business, or other technical field. High school diploma or equivalent considered. Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping requirements Strong excel and general computer skills Ability to work with staff in our international offices that may speak English as a second language Experience using UPS, FedEx, or freight-shipping systems is helpful Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a small team Forklift or pallet-jack experience is helpful but not required Physical Requirements Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks Ability to safely lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to move heavier products with appropriate equipment or team assistance Ability to work in a warehouse environment throughout the workday About HIBLOW USA HIBLOW USA distributes and assembles high-quality linear diaphragm air pumps and related products throughout North, Central, and South America.
