Manager:
The Department Manager role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence. You will oversee sales targets, inventory management, and store standards while ensuring that your department adapts to customer demand and market trends, ultimately providing outstanding service.
• Take charge of department sales, inventory, and store standards.
• Monitor customer trends and adjust product ordering strategies to boost sales.
• Ensure optimal product availability by managing stock, planograms, and layouts.
• Leverage data to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
• Recruit, train, and motivate the team to consistently deliver excellent service.
• Respond to market trends, maintaining a competitive edge.
• Ensure stock accuracy and effective inventory management.
• Lead by example, promoting a positive work environment and superior customer service.
• Perform keyholder duties, securing cash, stock, and premises, and handling emergencies.
Required Skills and Experience of Inventory Manager:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail leadership in high-volume environments.
• Strong understanding of market trends and sales strategies.
• Proven ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Resilience and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience as a keyholder, managing stock and securing premises.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues.

• Salary range: $58,700 – $71,760 (40-hour work week).
