Job Duties and Responsibilities of Inventory Manager:
• Boost operational effectiveness concerning shipment management, omni-channel order fulfillment, and pricing implementation.
• Provide leadership and support to task associates in managing workload priorities within the confines of the payroll budget.
• Stay vigilant in monitoring store reports and audit observations, taking action as needed to uphold compliance standards and ensure inventory precision.
• Partner with store leaders to preserve the aesthetic appeal of the store and ensure products are consistently in stock.
• Offer assistance to guests through showcasing products and interacting with them during service interactions.
• Foster team development by providing continuous feedback, coaching sessions, and encouraging participation in training programs.
• Improve the efficiency of workflows and task prioritization through the use of scheduling and task management resources.
• Foster commitment to following operational guidelines, such as those related to safety, theft prevention, and managing inventory effectively.
Qualifications and Experience of Inventory Manager:
• A high school diploma is desired.
• A track record of managing retail establishments or similar dynamic environments for at least 1-2 years.
• Evidenced proficiency in handling inventory, enhancing sales results, and ensuring adherence to compliance protocols.
• Established capability in leading a team through procedural adjustments and executing shifts effectively.
• Experienced in deciphering data, organizing calendars, and utilizing technological tools in retail settings.
• Excellent skills in organizing, communicating, and making decisions.
