This role will be instrumental in optimizing inventory operations through data analysis, reporting, business intelligence tools, and operational auditing. The ideal candidate will transform complex inventory data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, support strategic decision-making, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements in warehouse operations.Essential Functions:Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports; manage and deliver monthly and quarterly inventory reports to leadershipReview daily operational reports, identify performance trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to supervisors for continuous improvementConduct inventory analysis including turns, mispicks, high/low volume parts, aging, velocity, and stock level optimizationAudit picker and stocker performance for accuracy and efficiency; investigate error root causes and recommend corrective actionsAnalyze fast-moving materials to optimize warehouse layout; collaborate with leadership to reorganize storage locations, positioning high-volume items within the pulling strike zone closest to kittingDevelop strategies to utilize aisle 60 more effectively to reduce material sent to PL; recommend slotting improvements based on pick frequencyPartner with Candace and her team to implement SAP changes based on analytical findings and system configuration requirementsMonitor inventory discrepancies and coordinate resolution; support cycle counting and physical inventory processesCreate interactive Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility and develop automated reporting solutionsEnsure compliance with defense industry regulations; maintain documentation of analytical methodologies, audit procedures, and reporting standardsQualifications:Requires highly developed job knowledge/skills.
