Inventory Management Specialist Location: Linthicum Heights, MD (On-Site) Company: Monneus Group LLC Clearance: Active TS/SCI Employment Type: Full-Time Overview Monneus Group is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to support the Enterprise Management and Resources directorate at the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). This role keeps equipment and supplies accurately tracked, stored, and available for highly technical cyber and digital forensics programs. It requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage accountability independently and work across multiple directorates. Key Responsibilities Provide logistics support across DC3 directorates Track and control government property and supplies, keeping accountability records accurate and audit-ready Manage receiving, shipping, and storage so products are available when programs need them Maintain equipment serviceability standards and support lifecycle management Coordinate with directorates to meet business needs for technical programs and projects Prepare reports, inventories, and materials for senior leadership Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance (required to start) and U.S. citizenship Working knowledge of the Federal Supply System and automated and manual supply systems Experience maintaining property accountability and equipment serviceability records Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail under pressure Consistent record of excellent customer service Experience Military supply, logistics, or property book experience is a plus!
