As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will coordinate with multiple BEP components, perform inventory card purchases, have consistent knowledge within the acquisition process, review minimal/maximum stock levels of spare parts in the BEP's system of record, daily communicate with parties associated with the entire inventory process. The incumbent will serve as COR for inventory items. CTAP/ICTAP eligibles Duties As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will: Serve as specialist for inventory requirements and administrative operations. Ensure that the most efficient and effective support is provided to the Division Manager on operations in the execution of their responsibilities. Perform supply and inventory studies to improve workflow, simplify procedures, implement cost in system, maintain system of record. Work closely with the Office of Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) to assist with identifying vendors for purchases on stock items, acquire non-stock parts, ensure requisitions (including services), and coordinate the purchase of the stock parts utilizing the Bureau's purchasing process. Function as a purchase card holder for purchases up to $10,000. Facilitate supply chain operations by actively planning critical manufacturing items.
