Inventory Management Coordinator

The Opportunity: Lead Shifts. Own the Supply Line. We are looking for a detail-driven Shift Leader & Inventory Control Coordinator . As a Coordinator in our Restaurant, you will lead operational shifts on the floor while taking ownership of one high-impact responsibility that supports our Directors: Physical Inventory & Stock Rotation. A high-volume restaurant moves thousands of pounds of food and paper goods every week. You will be the boots-on-the-ground leader who ensures every case is accounted for, rotated properly, and stored where it belongs. What You Will Own (Your Focus Area): Truck Receiving & Invoice Verification: Stand on the dock during vendor deliveries to physically inspect and count incoming cases against the invoice, immediately flagging damaged or shorted items for the Director. Daily High-Variance Counts: Execute daily physical counts of key proteins, oils, and paper goods so our inventory logs stay 100% accurate. FIFO & Inventory Organization: Audit the walk-in cooler, freezer, and dry storage daily—making sure older product is physically rotated to the front, boxes are labeled, and shelves stay neat and accessible. Your Daily Shift Leadership Duties: Lead FOH or BOH shifts during peak service hours, ensuring the team has the stock they need to serve guests quickly. Bridge the gap between our storage rooms and the active line so we never run out of product mid-rush. You are dependable, systematic, and looking to build real-world supply chain and operations experience.
