What You’ll Do
• Manage asset/inventory/equipment receiving, tagging, deployment, tracking, reconciliation, and disposition.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across asset management systems.
• Perform data cleanup, validation, reporting, and physical inventory audits.
• Investigate discrepancies between system records and on-site assets.
• Support equipment staging, rack-and-stack coordination, and logistics activities.
• Partner with technicians, engineering, facilities, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
• Document procedures and identify opportunities to improve asset tracking and reporting.
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in asset/inventory management, IT asset management, manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with servers, networking, storage, manufacturing equipment, or similar assets.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced operational environment.
