Inventory & Logistics Supervisor (1st Shift)

We are seeking an experienced Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong inventory management experience, a hands-on leadership style, and a proven ability to drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. We value hands-on experience and demonstrated success in similar roles. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and inventory adjustments. Coordinate shipping, receiving, truck scheduling, load planning, and transportation logistics. Verify incoming materials and shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP and inventory management systems. Supervise, coach, and train team members while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and efficiency. Identify and implement opportunities to improve warehouse operations, inventory control processes, and freight costs. Monitor inventory levels to ensure operational needs are met while minimizing discrepancies. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required. 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or logistics coordination. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Experience working with ERP systems, inventory control processes, and transportation coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
