Inventory Logistics Coordinator

About the Role As an Inventory Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our supply chain by managing incoming materials and maintaining precise documentation. You will leverage your organizational skills to support seamless warehouse operations, ensuring that all components meet strict quality standards and traceability requirements. Responsibilities Validate incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure total accuracy in part numbers, quantities, and serial numbers. Perform thorough visual inspections to identify and report any shipping damage or non-conforming materials immediately. Maintain rigorous traceability by processing essential documentation, such as Certificates of Conformity and material certifications. Input receiving data into our inventory management system to ensure real-time visibility of stock levels. Organize and label incoming inventory to optimize storage space and facilitate efficient material retrieval. Collaborate with procurement and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline the flow of goods. Participate in regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain high levels of stock precision. Uphold a clean and safe workspace while adhering to industry-standard quality and safety protocols. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED. Fundamental understanding of warehouse, shipping, or inventory control procedures. Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex technical instructions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Preferred Skills Prior experience in an aviation, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing environment. Familiarity with ERP software or specialized inventory management systems. Knowledge of aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 or AS9120. Experience managing material certifications and traceability documentation.
