Inventory Lead – Blulight Cannabis Dispensary

We’re seeking an experienced Inventory Lead to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across both stores. Position Overview: The Inventory Lead will oversee all inventory-related functions, ensuring precise tracking, full compliance with NJ CRC regulations, and seamless coordination between back-of-house and front-of-house operations. This position requires proven cannabis industry experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with management and sales teams. Responsibilities: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits with full accuracy Ensure compliance with NJ CRC cannabis regulations and dispensary SOPs Manage product intake, labeling, and tracking in POS/seed-to-sale systems Quickly identify and resolve inventory discrepancies Coordinate with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal teams for efficient product flow Monitor expiration dates and implement rotation procedures Maintain accurate stock levels across Generate regular compliance and inventory reports Train and support staff on proper inventory procedures Be available on call to resolve urgent inventory or compliance-related issues Requirements: Minimum 2 years of cannabis inventory management experience (required) Strong knowledge of POS and seed-to-sale systems (Treez/Sweed experience a plus) Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to lead, train, and hold staff accountable for compliance standards Dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with NJ cannabis compliance required Must include in your application which POS system(s) you have used Schedule & Compensation: 35-40 hours per week Competitive pay (based on experience) 30% employee discount How to Apply: If you have proven cannabis inventory experience and are ready to lead operations , please submit your resume, a brief cover letter, and the POS system(s) you’ve used.
