As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable individual to join our team and help manage inventory, prepare hardware, and fulfill orders for our growing network of manufacturers and partners. About the Position We're looking for a hands-on, organized individual to take ownership of our inventory preparation and order fulfillment process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology, is comfortable using computers, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. No prior software programming or flashing experience is required. We'll provide the training, equipment, and computer necessary to perform all technical responsibilities. The position will initially require approximately 8–20 hours per week, with the expectation that it will grow into a full-time opportunity within the next six months as our order volume increases. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment: Pull components and hardware to accurately fulfill incoming purchase orders. Software Flashing: Use company-provided computers and software tools to install and flash firmware onto electronic components. Inventory Preparation: Organize, sort, and prepare incoming hardware for production and fulfillment. Component Labeling: Apply identification labels and ensure components are properly documented and organized. Quality Control: Inspect components, verify software installation, and confirm that each order is accurate and complete. Packaging & Shipping: Safely package electronic equipment, prepare shipping labels, and organize completed orders for carrier pickup. Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate inventory counts and communicate low-stock items or potential shortages to management. Workspace Organization: Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized inventory and fulfillment area. What We're Looking For Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Able to follow written instructions and established procedures accurately. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Comfortable handling small electronic components and hardware. Able to manage multiple orders while maintaining accuracy. Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as the company grows. Bonus Qualifications (Not Required): Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or shipping and receiving. Experience working with electronics, computer hardware, or firmware. Familiarity with inventory tracking software. Experience in electronics assembly, technical production, or manufacturing. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of $20–$25.
