Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator

Job Summary We're hiring a part-time Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator for 15–20 hours a week. You'll own the path a part takes from manufacture to a customer's door: counting it, photographing it, assembling it, packing it, and handling it if it comes back. This is a hands-on, in-person role that is perfect for a conscientious and detail-oriented person. Hours are set during the week, with some flexibility once you know the rhythm of order volume. Responsibilities Order processing and shipping: Pick, pack and ship orders from our website, Etsy and retail accounts. Print labels, choose the right box, and get packages out on time. Inventory management: Keep stock counts accurate in Zoho Inventory. Run regular cycle counts and periodic full counts, and flag low stock before it runs out. Parts management: Organize and track printed parts, magnets, gaskets and packaging supplies so the right components are on hand for assembly. Assembly: Assemble adapters by fitting magnets and gaskets into printed parts, and check each one for quality before it ships. Returns: Receive and inspect returns, process them in our systems, and sort items to restock, rework or replace. Product photos: Shoot clean, consistent product photos for the website, Etsy and social media, and keep the photo library organized. Keeping the space running: Maintain a tidy, organized shipping and stock area, and suggest better ways to do things as you learn the work. Skills You'll fit well if you: Are organized and detail-oriented. A miscounted bin or wrong part in a box bothers you. Like working with your hands and can do repetitive, careful assembly work. Are comfortable with basic computer work: spreadsheets, web-based inventory or order systems, and email. Can lift up to 40 lbs. Work independently, manage your own time, have great communication skills and speak up when something isn't working. You will own your domain, and we will trust you. Are reliable and can commit to a consistent 20–30 hours a week. Nice to have: Experience in shipping, warehouse, retail stockroom or e-commerce fulfillment. Experience with Zoho Inventory, WooCommerce, Etsy or shipping label software. Product photography skills, even from a phone. Familiarity with woodworking, power tools or shop dust collection.
