Inventory Flow and Shipping Coordinator Location: Rogers, MN | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. | Employment: Direct / Full-time | Compensation: $20/hr Make an impact from dock to doorstep Help ensure every order arrives as promised. In this role, you’ll orchestrate material flow—picking, verifying, packaging, and shipping—so customers receive the right products on time and in perfect condition. You’ll interact daily with Customer Service, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Inventory Control to keep commitments and quality on track, while supporting other Warehouse Operations areas (material control, traffic) as needed. How you’ll contribute Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to pick required materials quickly and accurately. Confirm item accuracy and condition; stage, load, and unload trucks. Package, palletize, and label freight for domestic/international shipments; complete carrier paperwork (dangerous goods certifications provided when needed). Record physical and ERP goods movements to maintain inventory accuracy. Process stock transfers and material requests; replenish production areas. Adhere to procedures and policies; champion a safety-first culture. Qualifications Must have High school diploma or GED. 1+ year of related material handling or distribution experience. Ability to become forklift certified. Fundamental computer skills and ability to navigate work systems. Capability to lift or carry 10–55 lbs on a continuous basis. Nice to have Experience with counterbalance, stock picker, and/or reach truck. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle). 1+ year in a regulated warehousing/distribution environment. Hands-on exposure to shipping, receiving, and cycle counting. Comfort working independently and on a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Clear, cooperative communication with colleagues, customers, contractors, and vendors. Consistent, dependable attendance. Work environment Approximately 95% indoors and 5% outdoors in a warehouse setting.
