We're a family-owned formalwear retailer with stores in Downtown Kalamazoo and Crossroads Mall in Portage, specializing in suits, tuxedos, wedding parties, prom, and custom tailoring. The Role We're hiring a part-time Inventory & Floor Specialist to keep our stock organized and our store looking sharp. You'll split your time between receiving and managing inventory and supporting the sales floor. What You'll Do Receive, check in, and put away incoming shipments Count and track inventory and keep backstock organized Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup and shipping Set up and refresh store displays and keep the floor stocked Help customers with product and order questions when needed Flag low stock and inventory discrepancies to management What We're Looking For Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for a full shift Inventory, warehouse, or retail experience preferred, not required Comfortable using a computer or tablet for basic inventory tracking What We Offer $14–$18/hour depending on experience and position Employee discount 4–8 hour shifts, Monday–Friday On-the-job training Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Experience: Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Portage, MI 49024 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
