The Inventory & E-Commerce Specialist ensures every item is accurately processed, organized, photographed, listed, and made available for sale while maintaining exceptional inventory accuracy. This role is responsible for inventory organization, product research, photography, online listings, inventory accuracy, and maintaining efficient inventory systems. Success at Treasure requires flexibility, teamwork, accountability, and a willingness to learn every aspect of the business. Every team member is expected to support teammates and step into any department whenever needed. -------------------------------------------------- Primary Responsibilities Inventory Operations Receive purchased merchandise. Verify purchased inventory. Sort and organize merchandise. Label inventory. Assign inventory locations. Maintain inventory accuracy. Conduct inventory counts and audits. Maintain organized inventory storage. Product Preparation Restores and prepare merchandise for sale. Identify missing accessories. Assemble complete product packages. Verify product condition. Coordinate with Purchasing regarding product details. E-Commerce Research products and market values. Photograph merchandise. Create accurate product listings. Write product descriptions. Upload inventory to online sales channels. Maintain online inventory accuracy. Remove sold inventory from online platforms. Assist with online merchandising. Operations Maintain organized workspaces. Assist Sales with locating merchandise. Support Fulfillment with inventory movement. Follow company procedures.
