Inventory & Dispatch Coordinator | Lux Lounge EFR | Full-Time/On-Site

WE’RE HIRING | LAS VEGAS, NV Join one of the premier luxury event furniture rental and production companies in the industry! Lux Lounge specializes in high-end furniture rentals, custom fabrication, and event production for some of the most recognized brands, entertainment companies and luxury events nationwide. We are looking for an experienced Inventory & Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing team in Las Vegas. Seeking a highly organized and hand leader with experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatch, transportation and team coordination. Key Responsibilities · Oversee daily inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations · Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, cycle counts, and audits. · Coordinate dispatch, transportation, deliveries and pick-ups · Schedule drivers, warehouse staff, and temporary labor as needed. · Oversee shipping, receiving, loading, and loading operations. · Track shipment, equipment movement and delivery schedules. · Maintain accurate inventory records and operational documentation. · Ensure equipment is properly stored, organized and maintained. · Communicate with project managers, drivers, vendors and internal teams. · Enforce warehouse safety standards and operational procedures. · Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operation costs. Qualifications · Experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or operations management. · Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. · Experience coordinating dispatch, transportation, and staff schedules. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. · Experience with inventory management systems. · Strong English communication skills. · Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. · Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed. · Experience in event production, furniture rentals, or related industries is a plus.
