Inventory & Detailing Specialist

About the Position Lone Star Powersports is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Inventory & Detailing Specialist to join our team! This hands-on position plays an important role in keeping our powersports inventory looking its best and our dealership clean, organized, and welcoming. Responsibilities include photographing inventory for our website, washing and detailing motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other machines, and assisting with general cleaning and upkeep throughout the dealership. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays productive throughout the day, and can work independently without constant supervision. What You'll Do Inventory Photography & Website Management Take clear, quality photographs of dealership inventory. Upload and organize inventory photos on the dealership website. Ensure new and existing inventory is photographed and presented accurately and professionally. Machine Cleaning & Detailing Wash, clean, and detail new and pre-owned motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other machines. Prepare inventory for showroom display, customer viewing, and delivery. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of showroom and outdoor inventory. Identify and report visible damage or cosmetic concerns. Keep detailing supplies, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Dealership Cleaning & Property Upkeep Perform routine cleaning throughout the showroom, back shop, restrooms, and common areas. Sweep, mop, dust, clean surfaces, and maintain restroom cleanliness. Empty trash, pick up litter, and keep interior and exterior areas free of debris. Maintain sidewalks, entrances, driveways, and dealership grounds, including pulling weeds. Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and other facility upkeep as needed. What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and ready to work. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work. Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task and work independently. Good organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to take, upload, and manage digital photographs. Ability to follow directions, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively. Comfortable performing physical work, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and repetitive cleaning tasks. Willing and able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable handling cleaning products and detailing equipment safely. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Valid driver's license and clean driving record Previous detailing, dealership, or powersports experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person!
