The Cycle Counter is responsible for performing cycle counts, and related tasks to achieve and maintain inventory accuracy goals within the DC. Responsibilities:
- Conduct cycle counts of inventory in the warehouse to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Collaborate with the outbound team to fulfill customer orders and maintain stock levels
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing shipments
- Support production planning by providing accurate inventory data and assisting with forecasting
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a distribution center environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and record inventory
- Proficient in using inventory management systems and software
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- The capacity to stand, operate and have the manual dexterity required to operate a lift truck. Able to lift up to 60 pounds is required.
