Inventory Cycle Counter

Perform scheduled inventory cycle counts in accordance with established procedures, controls, and inventory management guidelines. Perform due diligence root-cause analysis of any/all inventory discrepancies. Make any/all inventory adjustments within QAD cycle count program to ensure inventory accuracy. Investigate all negative inventory balances and work with operations and logistic teams to correct balances. Publish cycle count results and findings via email. Recommend solutions to improve inventory accuracy with findings from investigations. Assist with annual full inventory counts Requirements: Perform inventory cycle counts according to the established schedule and procedures. Verify physical inventory quantities against system records and investigate discrepancies. Accurately document all cycle count results and adjustments. Report inventory discrepancies, variances, or irregularities to the appropriate supervisor. Ensure all counts are conducted in accordance with established inventory control policies and internal procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records following each cycle count. Follow all applicable safety, security, and inventory-handling requirements during the counting process.
