Inventory & Customer Service Coordinator

Deep Sand Technology (DST) sells and supports GPS autosteer systems for farmers across the United States from our shop in Lone Wolf, Oklahoma. We're a small, fast-moving team, and we're looking for an organized, dependable person to run our inventory and shipping and be the friendly first voice customers hear when they call. This is a hands-on, in-person role at our shop. It's not remote and it's not a desk-only job. You'll be on your feet prepping equipment part of the day and on the phone the rest. Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour days on-site. During spring planting and fall harvest, optional weekend shifts are available at a higher pay rate. What you'll do Receive incoming shipments, check them in, and log every serial number in our inventory system Prep autosteer systems for customers: unbox, install firmware updates, record SIM and account details, label and stage for shipping Pack and ship daily orders and print labels (we'll train you on our shipping software) Keep the shop and stock organized so anyone can find anything Answer incoming customer calls, greet the customer, collect the key details (name, equipment, what's happening), log it, and route it to the right technician using our simple call playbook Text customers quick follow-ups, links, and shipping updates Walk customers through simple steps like connecting a system to a phone hotspot or restarting a software update Help the team keep customer records accurate in our CRM Who does well here Very organized. You like checklists and you notice when something is out of place. Comfortable on the phone with farmers. Friendly, patient, and able to get to the point. Dependable. This job needs someone here every scheduled day, for the full day. When this seat is empty, someone else has to cover it on top of their own job, so attendance matters more here than almost anything else. Comfortable with a smartphone, tablet, and computer. You don't need to be a tech expert, but you need to be willing to learn our apps. Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet part of the day. Experience with inventory, shipping, parts counters, retail, or front-desk work is a plus. Farm or ranch background is a plus but not required.
