Job Description: The Inventory Coordinator’s responsibilities include execute cycle counting, inventory discrepancy investigation, product transfers, and supermarket layout improvements. The Inventory Coordinator also provides finish good product knowledge and expertise in location control. This position will report to the Warehouse Supervisor. Job Responsibilities: Maintains a safe, clean and organized work environment and ensure compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Performs a variety of duties to support production and ensure product availability and accurate inventory in locations Works closely with Receiving coordinators to ensure priorities on Out-of-Stock items. Completes product transfer process and performs audits of product flow. Works with others in supply chain and manufacturing department to assure transactional accuracy within Warehouse Management System. Learns to use employee self-service platform (UKG) to view or edit employee information, view paystubs, change direct deposit, etc. Supports continuous improvement projects for Inventory Management. Meets daily performance standards, reviewed monthly with HR and department Supervisor. Adheres to Company policies and safety rules and regulations. Wears all personal protective equipment as required. Performs other duties assigned by Supervisor. Job Requirements: A High School diploma, GED or equivalent, preferred but not required. Ability to read, write and understand work instruction. Relevant work experience in distribution, shipping, receiving, ERP/MRP, and manufacturing environments, preferred but not required. Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division). Strong oral and written communication skills. Fork truck/electric pallet jack certification (Arrow certification provided as needed). Must have reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
