The Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting inventory accuracy, equipment optimization, and operational efficiency across multiple warehouse locations. This role partners closely with Inventory Management, Operations, Warehouse teams, and Sales to ensure inventory availability aligns with business needs, event execution standards, and company growth goals. Essential Responsibilities Inventory Management & Control Support the maintenance and accuracy of inventory records within the ERP system to ensure consistency across locations and website functionality. Assist with documenting inventory additions, modifications, transfers, loss, breakage, and adjustments. Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, reporting issues and supporting corrective action plans to minimize recurrence. Assist in maintaining inventory flow processes between warehouse locations to ensure timely and efficient equipment movement. Support inventory audits, reporting, and ongoing inventory optimization initiatives. Partner with management to support inventory loss prevention processes and operational controls. Overbooking & Sub-Rental Coordination Review daily overbooking reports and assist with identifying inventory shortages and resolution options. Coordinate substitute equipment, sub-rentals, transfers, or purchase recommendations in partnership with the Inventory Manager. Create and distribute appropriate documentation related to sub-rentals and inventory transfers. Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to fulfill inventory transfer requests across locations. Assist in forecasting inventory needs for upcoming events and peak operational periods. Communication & Cross-Functional Partnership Maintain consistent communication with Inventory, Operations, Warehouse, Transportation, and Sales teams regarding inventory status and equipment availability. Support inventory strategies that align with operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, profitability, and company growth goals. Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned. Promote collaboration and accountability while supporting “The Curated Way” culture and service standards. Ability to bend, reach, climb ladders, and work around warehouse equipment and moving machinery. Qualifications & Experience High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Previous inventory, logistics, warehouse, or rental operations experience preferred. Experience working within inventory or ERP systems strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
