Inventory Coordinator
Adelphia MetalsInventory Coordinator Key Responsibilities Receive inbound materials into the ERP system accurately and timely as shipments arrive at warehouses nationwide. Verify receiving documentation against supplier Bills of Lading (BOLs) and warehouse confirmations to ensure inventory accuracy. Process customer shipments and billing transactions through the ERP system. Upload and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation within company systems. Coordinate with mills, warehouses, sales teams, vendors, and customers to ensure accurate shipment information and timely communication. Monitor and track shipments through vendor portals, carrier websites, and internal systems. Ensure special shipping or customer instructions are properly communicated and executed. Investigate and help resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, or documentation discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. Review open purchase orders and shipment statuses to ensure accuracy and follow-through. Assist with onboarding and setup of new warehouse locations and operational processes. Provide backup support to teammates and assist with additional operational tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Comfortable working extensively with computers, ERP systems, scanners, printers, and multiple software platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook and Excel. Experience with ERP systems preferred; Eniteo experience is a plus. Logistics, shipping, receiving, warehouse coordination, or steel industry experience preferred. High attention to detail with minimal billing or inventory discrepancies. Ability to stay organized and composed while managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously.
