Inventory Coordinator

Inventory Coordinator – Plumbing & HVAC Reeves Plumbing & Heating Reeves Plumbing & Heating, a family-owned and operated company since 2003, is looking for a dependable, organized, and cost-conscious Inventory & Purchasing Specialist to manage inventory at our shop. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a well-organized warehouse, finding the best prices on materials, and making sure our technicians have the supplies they need. Job Responsibilities Manage and maintain plumbing and HVAC inventory. Research and compare supplier prices to ensure we are purchasing materials at the lowest competitive cost. Order parts and supplies as needed. Receive shipments, check orders for accuracy, and stock shelves. Organize and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse. Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstocking. Track material usage and maintain accurate inventory records. Develop relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing. Identify opportunities to reduce material costs and improve inventory efficiency. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to research prices and negotiate with suppliers. Basic computer skills and experience with inventory tracking. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Plumbing or HVAC parts knowledge is preferred but not required. Previous inventory, warehouse, or purchasing experience is a plus.
