esearching inventory discrepancies, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate an Order Picker safely and efficiently to access inventory locations.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Enter and maintain inventory data using warehouse management systems and computer applications.
• Review inventory reports and complete required documentation.
• Assist with inventory adjustments and reconciliation activities.
• Communicate inventory issues to management and warehouse teams.
• Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support other warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• Previous clerical or administrative experience with data entry and recordkeeping.
• Experience operating an Order Picker.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
