Inventory Controller/Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary Malone Electrical Solutions is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Controller/Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations and inventory management processes. This role is vital in ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient order fulfillment, and making sure the team has exactly what they need to get the job done. What you'll do: Take ownership of the organization and day-to-day operation of the warehouse. Maintain accurate inventory counts and inventory records. Monitor inventory levels and identify materials that need to be ordered or reordered. Submit purchase orders and replenishment orders. Receive, organize, and put away incoming materials. Prepare materials for technicians each morning. Make sure fied technicians have the materials they need for scheduled jobs. Track materials going in and out of the warehouse. Maintain an organized system for tools, equipment, electrical materials, and supplies. Identify discrepancies and work to correct them. Perform regular inventory counts and inventory control. Coordinate with the office and field technicians regarding material needs. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, organized, and efficient. What We're Looking For: Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable and dependable Strong communication and problem solving skills Comfortable using computers and inventory systems Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary; adherence to safety standards is essential. Able to keep accurate records and follow established processes Previous warehouse, inventory, purchasing, or electrical experience is a plus. Compensation & Growth Opportunity: Starting Salary: $50,000/year This position has a significant opportunity for growth. As you take on additional responsibility, demonstrate strong inventory control, improve warehouse operations, and become an integral part of the company's operations, there is an opportunity to progress into a $70,000 - $80,000/year compensation range after the first year.
