Our businesses span aircraft chartering and leasing, aircraft and engine trading, MRO, spare parts, CAMO services, and airline development. The Role You'll own our parts inventory from receiving to shipping. Every part in the warehouse should be in Quantum Control, in the right location, with the right paperwork. When someone asks what we have, where it is, or whether it can ship, you have the answer. What You'll Do Receive incoming parts and inspect them against purchase orders, packing lists, and certification paperwork (FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, CofC, trace documents). Enter and maintain accurate inventory records in Quantum Control, including part numbers, serial numbers, condition codes, bin locations, and certification documents. Process receipts, stock transfers, adjustments, sales order picks, and shipments in Quantum Control so the system always matches what's on the shelf. Run regular cycle counts and a full annual count, then investigate and resolve every discrepancy. Maintain traceability files so each part's documentation can be produced on request. Pick, pack, and ship orders correctly, including domestic and international shipments. Prepare shipping documents and support export compliance checks before parts leave the building. Track shelf-life items, quarantine suspect or unserviceable parts, and manage parts that are out for repair. Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and audit-ready, following FOD and ESD handling practices. Report stock levels, aging inventory, and discrepancies to management every month. Experience and Qualifications Required: 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, stores, or shipping and receiving. Hands-on experience with an inventory management or ERP system, and the ability to learn Quantum Control quickly. Working knowledge of Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas. Strong attention to detail. A wrong serial number or missing certificate can make a part unsellable. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods. Forklift certification, or willingness to get certified within 30 days of hire. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred: Working experience with Quantum Control (Component Control). Experience in aviation, aerospace, or another regulated industry such as oil and gas, medical devices, or defense. Familiarity with aviation parts documentation (8130-3, EASA Form 1) and condition codes (NE, NS, OH, SV, AR). We'll train the right person. Experience with international shipping, freight forwarders, and export paperwork. What Success Looks Like at 90 Days Quantum Control records match physical stock, with cycle count accuracy above 98%. Every part on the shelf has complete, filed traceability documentation. Receiving and shipping run on a consistent, documented process. What We Offer Pay: $18–21 per hour, depending on experience.
