Inventory Lead / Warehouse Coordinator Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday; paid overtime may be required Location: Campbell Industrial Park, Kapolei Build Your Career With Allied Security Fence Allied Security Fence is one of Hawaii’s leading fencing contractors. We specialize in ornamental and chain-link fencing, high-security enclosures, gates, custom fabrication, and active barrier systems. We are seeking an organized, dependable Inventory Lead/Warehouse Coordinator to manage materials, support field crews, and maintain accurate inventory and job-costing records. What We Offer Health insurance 401(k) with company matching Profit-sharing opportunities Paid vacation and holidays Paid overtime when required Company-paid forklift training and certification Training and opportunities for advancement Responsibilities Receive, inspect, unload, organize, and stock incoming materials Pull and stage fencing materials, gates, and hardware for scheduled projects Record materials and shop labor under the correct project codes in QuickBooks Perform inventory counts and assist with audits Monitor stock levels and report material shortages Maintain DOT-related records and documentation Coordinate with the Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Material Specialist Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop Qualifications Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Must possess or be able to promptly obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card by passing a DOT physical Warehouse, inventory, or construction-industry experience preferred QuickBooks and accurate data-entry experience strongly preferred Ability to learn fencing materials and ASTM specifications Strong organization and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Forklift experience is helpful, but training can be provided Physical Requirements Regularly lift and carry 50 pounds or more safely Stand, walk, bend, and move materials throughout the workday Work in indoor and outdoor shop conditions How to Apply Respond with your updated resume!
