In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate inventory levels, performing shipping and receiving functions and ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy. Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures. Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and manage stock replenishment. Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records. Support the receiving and shipping processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics or related field preferred. Proven experience in inventory management or a related role. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
