Inventory Control Support

Job Summary Hours 3p-11:30p Monday through Friday, Weekends/OT as needed. Schedule is flexible but must remain consistent once set.Experience in inventory is required, not limited to a production environment.Responsibilities: Daily/Weekly inventory counting and assisting with Monthly inventory audits. Maintaining organization and cleanliness of inventory storage areas. Material Handling including but not limited to loading/unloading trailers of inventory commodities, pallets, or finished goods and interplant material handling using a forklift or pallet jack. Yard dog experience preferred but not required. Assist in determining daily inventory needs of plant and communicating interdepartmentally. Maintaining log of onsite storage trailers and contents. Supporting other departments as directed by your supervisor. Abilities: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and yard dogs. Ability to use Microsoft Excel to capture and interpret data. Excel experience preferred, not required. Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment. Ability to work in an environment with airborne dust and feed mineral. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repetitively; position will require consolidation of bagged ingredients up to 60 pounds each.
