d Responsibilities of Inventory Control Supervisor:
• Ensure customer inventory accuracy and monitor shrinkage to meet contractual service level agreements.
• Maximize site inventory process and system performance, ensuring care, custody, and control of customer inventory.
• Provide documentation to customers, auditors, or regulatory bodies as required for compliance purposes.
• Maintain a safe, secure, clean, and equitable work environment for all associates.
• Conduct associate performance reviews, create individual development plans, and maintain succession planning.
• Communicate, administer, and enforce company policies at the appropriate levels.
• Ensure associates have proper training and access to necessary tools to perform their responsibilities effectively.
Qualifications and Experience of Inventory Control Supervisor:
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent 4 years of relevant experience.
• Some knowledge of inventory control processes preferred.
• Proficiency with inventory and warehouse management systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, or similar is required.

Salary:
• Pay range: $55,000 - $90,000.
