Inventory Control Specialist – 1st Shift Honor Foods | Philadelphia, PA | Full-Time | On-Site Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Additional Hours: Occasional overtime and weekends as needed Love the Details? We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to help maintain inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. If you're organized, comfortable using technology, and enjoy solving problems, this could be a great fit! What You'll Do Perform daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Use RF scanners to track and verify products. Identify, document, and report damaged or missing inventory. Assist with resolving shortages, damages, and inventory-related issues. Monitor product rotation and proper storage. Partner with warehouse teams and management to improve inventory accuracy. Work in refrigerated and freezer environments as needed. What We're Looking For Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred. Basic Microsoft Excel, computer, and math skills required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience operating stand-up or reach forklifts is a plus. Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled areas. Why Join Honor Foods?
