What You'll Do
• Complete cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Review inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate information in the warehouse management system.
• Use RF scanners and barcode systems to update inventory.
• Process damaged, returned, and misallocated inventory.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain tracking records.
• Review inventory data and identify potential issues.
• Work with warehouse teams and supervisors to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory-related administrative and data-entry tasks.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory processes.
What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse administration.
• Experience using a WMS or inventory management system.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and barcode technology.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze information and investigate discrepancies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with warehouse teams.
Preferred: Experience with Cubiscan or similar inventory measurement technology.
