Inventory Control Specialist

Manage inbound and outbound stock transport orders, raw materials, and in-process inventory Conduct routine cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies to maintain accuracy Maintain comprehensive paper and electronic inventory records Provide timely materials and packaging supplies to internal customers, supporting production needs Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and improve departmental policies and procedures Track and input daily dashboard metrics, contributing to performance monitoring Participate in safety programs and maintain a hazard-free work environment Recommend and drive continuous warehouse and process improvements [Required Skills and Experience] High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory management, shipping, or manufacturing Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Familiarity with logistics and production planning concepts Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Self-motivated and able to work independently [Preferred Skills] Previous ERP system experience Experience with Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement tools
