• Clock in and out using the ADP time clock upon arrival and departure.
• Immediately scan in at your assigned department after clocking in; failure to scan is considered time fraud.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for an extended duration.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to navigate stairs throughout the shift and work comfortably at heights.
• Flexibility to work in other departments as needed.
• Meet performance metrics without timeouts or errors.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanners.
• Strong communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Adhere to all warehouse floor and safety policies.
• Follow break and lunch schedules; punctuality is key for productivity tracking.
Location Guidelines:
• No cell phone or electronic device use on the warehouse floor; designated areas are available for breaks.
• No food or drinks at workstations; only clear beverages allowed.
• Please use a clear bag and comply with the dress code.
• No headphones or earbuds while working.
• Hooded sweatshirts must not have hoods up on the warehouse floor.
• Smoking and vaping are restricted to designated areas only.
• Security cameras are present throughout the warehouse and parking lot.
• Time theft, such as clocking in without working, will lead to termination.
Additional Expectations:
• Work independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items.
• Safely handle and relocate inventory items (up to 50 lbs).
• Operate machinery as trained in a safe manner.
• Perform physical activities such as bending, reaching, and crouching as directed.
• Stay on your feet at a fast pace for the entire shift.
• Work in proximity to forklifts and machinery.
• Close-toed shoes and proper attire (pants) are essential for safety.
