Inventory Control Specialist

Responsibilities Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify stock levels. Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as needed. Maintain and update inventory databases and reporting tools with accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure proper storage and handling of products. Assist in forecasting inventory needs and managing stock replenishment schedules. Support the implementation of inventory control systems and process improvements. Generate inventory reports for management review and operational planning. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management, preferably in a wholesale or distribution environment. Strong proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in inventory handling.
