Inventory Control Specialist

Pendergraph Machines, a division of Prosys Fill LLC, is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist for our Durham, NC 27703 location. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team and drive excellence in supply chain efficiency. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting material movement throughout the facility, and ensuring that inventory transactions are properly recorded in the company’s ERP system. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring seamless warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with an ERP system , preferably Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) , and have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Responsibilities: Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory quantities and locations within the ERP system. Perform daily inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, and returns. Monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies or unusual variances. Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory counts. Research and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Ensure inventory is properly labeled, identified, and stored. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions. ERP / SyteLine Responsibilities Utilize ERP system functions to research inventory balances, part numbers, locations, transactions, and order status. Process material movements between inventory locations. Assist with inventory adjustments and corrections while following company approval procedures. Review ERP data for accuracy and identify potential errors. Generate and utilize inventory reports to support daily operations. Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) is strongly preferred. Production Support Provide production personnel with required materials in a timely manner (kitting). Verify that materials issued to production match the required part numbers and quantities. Assist in investigating shortages, excess material, and inventory discrepancies. Communicate material shortages or inventory problems to appropriate personnel. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate inventory documentation and records. Assist with inventory-related reports and audits. Maintain organized records of inventory adjustments and discrepancies. Follow established inventory control procedures and company policies. Required Skills: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be capable of easily climbing stairs. Forklift or pallet jack operation General computer knowledge High accuracy in data entry and mathematical counting Able to thrive in flexible, fast-paced environment. Experience: Experience with an ERP system. Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine). Manufacturing or industrial distribution experience. Experience performing cycle counts and physical inventories. Experience with inventory control and material transactions. Experience using barcode scanners or inventory management systems.
