Inventory Control Specialist

THE PAK GROUP | BELLARISE Inventory Control Specialist Logistics and Operations Pasadena, CA Full-Time Position Summary The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing and monitoring raw material and finished goods inventory levels and ensuring the timely availability of products and supplies. This role supports operational efficiency by balancing inventory accuracy, cost control, and overall logistics effectiveness — minimizing both shortages and excess stock. Key Responsibilities Inventory Control Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability and prevent disruptions Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations Analyze inventory usage trends and forecast replenishment needs Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances in a timely manner Maintain accurate inventory records within NetSuite or the applicable ERP system Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices Monitor and track freight claims and other damage reimbursements Other Logistics Responsibilities This position will be a back up for other Logistic Department responsibilities and as such, must be willing to learn other areas such as Procurement and Order Fulfillment. Required Qualifications Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or other closely related fields preferred 2–5 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain operations is preferred. Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, is preferred Strong knowledge of inventory management principles such as FIFO, lot control, and Inco terms. Candidate must be very detail orientated and have a high acumen for analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment About The Pak Group The Pak Group (www.bellarise.com) is a privately held global business headquartered in Europe.
