Position Overview T Brothers Bud Lodge is seeking a dependable, highly organized, and detail-driven Inventory Control & Receiving Clerk to lead our back-of-house intake and inventory management. This position plays an essential role in operational compliance, product availability, and stock accuracy by managing all inbound shipments, conducting systematic audits, and maintaining a secure, efficient warehouse environment. This is a non-customer-facing, back-of-house role reporting directly to dispensary management. Primary Responsibilities Intake & Receiving: Accept, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments, including licensed cannabis inventory, non-cannabis merchandise, and glassware, ensuring zero transit damage and accurate counts. Compliance & Documentation: Execute all required administrative receiving procedures, reconciling manifests, vendor invoices, and compliance documentation against physical intake. Pricing & Staging: Apply accurate retail pricing, labels, and barcodes to all inbound stock to ensure seamless integration onto the sales floor. Stock Level Monitoring: Maintain continuous oversight of inventory levels by managing daily "lows and outs" tracking to prevent out-of-stock discrepancies. Inventory Auditing: Perform routine cycle counts and structured audits across all product categories to maintain strict alignment between physical inventory and the point-of-sale system. Warehouse Management: Maintain an orderly, secure, and compliant storage space, optimizing back-of-house organization for efficiency and inventory safety. Product Insights & Reporting: Provide regular inventory data and velocity feedback to management to identify top-selling items, emerging product trends, and reorder priorities. Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age in compliance with Washington State cannabis regulations. Previous experience in inventory control, receiving, warehousing, or retail logistics preferred. Strong numerical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with digital inventory systems, spreadsheets, and barcode tracking. Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision while maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards. Physical capability to lift, move, and unbox inventory shipments up to 40 lbs and handle delicate glassware safely. Schedule & Working Conditions Schedule: Monday through Friday. Holiday Availability: Store remains open on standard retail holidays; coverage on these dates is required. Environment: Retail Back of House.
