Job Duties and Responsibilities of Inventory Control Manager:
• Manage store operations, overseeing essential aspects like inventory control, planogram modifications, pricing decisions, and staff scheduling to ensure compliance with budgeted payroll hours.
• Enhance results by overseeing financial records, conducting store audits, and ensuring operational conformity to drive profitability and maintain superior service standards.
• Build, advise, and manage a workforce of staff and leaders by implementing training, assessments, and career advancement plans.
• Encourage a culture that prioritizes accountability and diversity to outperform expectations in sales, customer satisfaction, staffing expenses, and inventory management.
• Make certain that all visual merchandising and marketing resets are carried out, along with performing cycle counts and inventory adjustments according to the company's standards.
• Strengthen vendor ties to ensure smooth coordination in meeting delivery and product showcasing requirements.
• Manage store teams to optimize guest interactions and operational effectiveness during high-volume times.
Qualifications and Experience of Inventory Control Manager:
• Seeking candidates with at least two to three years of experience in retail or operational management in a high-speed environment.
• Established track record of leading sales expansion, overseeing payroll allocations, and attaining operational milestones.
• Comprehensive grasp of inventory control systems, merchandising strategies, and integrating service-oriented values within an organization.
• Evidenced capability in leading, motivating, and keeping diverse teams engaged amidst challenging retail scenarios.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, POS software, and mobile applications.
• Proficient communication abilities, analytical reasoning, and aptitude for structuring activities.
• - Availability needed for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; must be free on Sundays and Mondays.
