Job Overview The Cycle Count Coordinator will coordinate daily cycle count process and other inventory control related activities. Responsibilities Working under direct supervision. Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding workplace safety, quality standards, and productivity goals. Daily coordination of cycle count activities, including cycle count sheet creation, JDE transaction/adjustment, variance analysis, JDE returns processing, JDE scrap processing, etc. General receiving functions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay current on all operation techniques and safety guidelines. Efficiently perform tasks and assignments as directed by leadership, assuring adherence to company standards and deadlines. Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibilities and requirements of the job. Performs essential job functions and duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Work Environment Assemblers are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, sleeves, hearing protection, and safety toe boots. Assemblers work on the manufacturing shop floor where metal fabrication and welding also take place. The shop floor may be noisy, dusty, and exposed to various temperature conditions. Assembling components will involve repetitive tasks such as measuring, fitting, fastening, riveting, drilling, boxing, and taping. While some variation in tasks may occur, you should be prepared for the repetitive nature of the work. Assembling can be physically demanding, requiring prolonged periods of standing, as well as walking, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, balancing, kneeling, reaching, and handling material. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are necessary for precise assembly work. While assemblers may work independently on certain tasks, they often must collaborate with their co-workers, team leads, engineers, and supervisors to complete projects. Effective communication and teamwork are essential in this role. Dependent on product demand, production schedule and deadlines, employees may be required to work overtime including extended shifts and weekends.
